Iron Supplement During Pregnancy

Method to Consume:

  • Grind the leaves with little water into a fine paste.
  • Dilute the paste into a glass of water and drink it.
  • Consume for three consecutive days during 5th and 7th month of pregnancy.


Avoid non-vegetarian/oily/packed/preservative foods during these three days of medicine consumption.

  • Curry leaves have innumerable benefits, the major one is it is extremely rich in iron and folic acid.
  • Helps in boosting the iron needs of the pregnant woman and her baby inside.
