Ingredients –
- Moringa (Drumstick) leaves – 4-5 strands
- Tomato – 1 medium size, chopped
- Garlic – 4-5 cloves, crushed
- Pepper powder – as per taste
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt – as per taste
Method –
- In a pressure cooker, add all the ingredients except pepper powder along with 250-300 ml of water.
- Pressure cook for just 1 whistle.
- Strain and add pepper powder as per your taste.
- Soup is ready to consume.
