Easy Detox Drink

  • Clean and Slice a lemon and half a cucumber in round shape.
  • Mint leaves – 15-20
  • Add the three ingredients into 1 liter of water.
  • Leave it in a jar for one or two hours.
  • Strain and drink the water, preferably on an empty stomach. But, you can drink this water anytime.

Some suggest to soak it overnight, keep it in the fridge and consume it empty stomach. But, chilled water can be a shocker to your gut in the morning and when it is empty and in such cases, let it cool down to room temperature or add little hot water before you will drink.
